2. Certified Valuations

2.1. Every jewellery piece comes with a certified valuation to provide assurance of its quality and value.
2.2. If you wish to obtain an additional valuation from a valuer of your choice in Perth, we can assist in arranging this at your request and at your own cost. 

3. Orders and Payments

3.1. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if the item is out of stock or payment cannot be processed.
3.2. We accept payment via major Cedit Cards, PayPal, Afterpay.
3.3. All transactions are secured, and customer payment details are encrypted to ensure privacy and safety.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. We offer shipping to all countries. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout.
4.2. Free shipping is available for orders over $10,000.00, unless stated otherwise.
4.3. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance processes.

5. Refunds and Returns

5.1. Full-Priced Items:
We accept returns or exchanges for full-priced items within [ 14 days] of delivery, provided the item is in original, unworn condition with all packaging and documentation.
